MR1: The category of service was changed from Telecommunication Service to Internet Access in accordance with Program rules. <><><><><> MR2: The discount for entity Lehighton Area High School, Entity Number 19266 was decreased from 60% to 50%. The applicant failed to supply documentation to support the requested discount. As a result of this action, the shared discount was decreased from 63% to 59%. <><><><><> MR3: The discount for entity Mahoning Elementary School, Entity Number 19271 was decreased from 80% to 60%. The applicant failed to supply documentation to support the requested discount. As a result of this action, the shared discount was decreased from 63% to 59%. <><><><><> MR4: The amount of the funding request was changed from $490.59 per month to $378.10 per month to remove the partial ineligible service(s) for School World Web Hosting for $112.49 per month.
