MR1: Per Program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. The following closed entities were removed from Block 4 of the FCC Form 471 application; LAWRENCE C MACARTHUR ELEM SCH (#2503). The student counts associated with the closed entity(ies) have been removed from the application. <><><><><> MR2: The discount for entities BAKER, EZRA H. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (#2507) and SMALL, MARGUERITE E. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (#2510) was increased from 60% to 80%. The applicant supplied valid third party data to support the higher discount. <><><><><> MR3: The discount for entity WIXON, NATHENIAL H. REG. MIDDLE SCHOOL (#2499) was decreased from 80% to 60%. The discount for entity DENNIS-YARMOUTH REG HIGH SCH (#2501) was decreased from 60% to 50%. The applicant failed to supply documentation to support the requested discount. As a result of this action, the shared discount was decreased from 65% to 64%.
