MR1:Based on the applicant's request, McKinley Elementary - 77195 has been removed from the Recipients of Service on the FRN 1999041643.001, 002 and 003 in order to bring Entity within budget. ||MR2:Based on the applicant's request, Jefferson Elementary - 77194 has been removed from the Recipients of Service on the FRN 1999041643.001 and 003 in order to bring Entity within budget. ||MR3:Based on the applicant's request, Lincoln Elementary - 77191 has been removed from the Recipients of Service on the FRN 1999041643.001 in order to bring Entity within budget. ||MR4:The funding request amount was reduced from $333,432.02 to $117,891.62 to remove the amount that exceeded the Category Two budget set for the following entity(ies): 77191 LINCOLN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 77192 IOLA HIGH SCHOOL, 77193 IOLA MIDDLE SCHOOL and 77194 JEFFERSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
