MR1:The FRN was modified from $94,900.00 to $94,921.68 to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR2:Per FCC Order 14-189, to prevent warehousing of excess fiber capacity, applicants may only receive funding for special construction charges for a Self-provisioned network if it constructed and lit within the same funding year. If excess strands are being installed that will not be lit during the current FY and will remain dormant until lit for the applicant’s exclusive future use; the applicant must provide a cost allocation for the cost of the unlit strands. The applicant failed to provide cost allocation for the excess strands. Therefore, this FRN has been modified from $94,921.68 to $91,888.32 to account for the fiber strands that will not be lit during this FY.||MR3:The Service Start Date has been changed from 5/30/2017 to 7/1/2017.||MR4:The Total Project Plant Route Feet and Average Cost per Foot of Outside Plant was modified from 11,000 feet and $8.62/foot to 13,000 feet and $7.30/foot to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR5:The Number of E-Rate Eligible Strands was modified from 12 eligible strands to 4 eligible strands to agree with the applicant documentation.
