Based upon review of your FCC Form 471 application, we were not able to validate your requested rural classification for ST STEPHEN SCHOOL, NEW BOSTON. The urban/rural classification is determined by the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) data from the US Census. The county of WAYNE is urban according to "Table Of Rural Areas By State." USAC only uses "Table Of Rural Areas By State" in the SLD web site at http://www.universalservice.org/sl/applicants/step04/urban-rural.aspx to determine Rural/Urban classification. The requested discount will be modified to reflect an urban classification. The discount for ST STEPHEN SCHOOL, NEW BOSTON will be modified from 50% to 40%.
