MR1:The Total Strands were modified from 2 to 24 to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR2:The Average Cost Per Foot of Outside Plant and Total Project Plant Route Feet were modified from 1 foot and $1 to 17,000 feet and $31.12 to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR3:Per FCC Order 14-189, to prevent warehousing of excess fiber capacity, applicants may only receive funding for special construction charges for self-provisioned fiber if it is constructed and used within the same funding year. The amount of the funding request was changed from $529,087.02 to $453,237.02 to remove $75,850 associated with ineligible excess fiber capacity.||MR4:The Special Construction State/Tribal Match Percentage was changed from 0% to 5.82% based on third party data. As a result, the additional E-rate discount match was recalculated and Special Construction State/Tribal Match Discount Rate for this FRN was modified from 65% to 70.82%.
