The amount of the funding request was changed from $12,288.76 to $4,498.76 to remove $7,790.00 associated with ineligible excess fiber capacity.||MR5:The Special Construction State/Tribal Match Percentage was changed from 0% to 5.82% based on third party data. As a result, the additional E-rate discount match was recalculated and Special Construction State/Tribal Match Discount Rate for this FRN was modified from 65% to 70.82%.
