MR1:The FRN was modified from $95.00 per month to $174.09 per month to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR2:The amount of the funding request was changed from $174.09 per month to $60.28 per month to remove the ineligible service(s): Data plan for $30.00 per month, Text messaging for $15.00 per month, 11% of voice lines for custom calling features/voicemail for $4.40 per month, International usage for $63.05 per month, Administrative Fee for $0.61 per month, WI Police and Fire Protection Fee for $0.75 per month. Per the FCC Order 14-99, individual data plans or air cards are ineligible unless applicants can demonstrate either that installing a wireless local area network is not physically possible or that individual data plans are the most cost-effective option.
