MR1: The dollars requested were reduced to remove: {the ineligible product(s)/service(s)ineligible portion of Sonicwall NSA 2400 Firewall with install 19% ineligible($1596). <><><><><> MR2: The FRN was modified from $121352 to $119756 to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR3: The Contract Award Date was changed from 02/10/10 to 02/11/11 to agree with the documentation provided during the review of the Form 471. <><><><><> MR4: The FRN has been modified to change the entity receiving services from Entity 16057826 to Entity 16066076 based on applicant documentation. <><><><><> DR1: This funding request is denied as a result of a Cost Effectiveness Review, which has determined that your request for the purchase cost of Quantum Superloader 3, Tripplite UPS SU3000RTXL2U, Sonic WALL NSA2400 Firewall, Windows 2008 Server Enterprise, Symantec Backup Exec, HP 2824 Switch, ATTO Celerity FC41ES Fiber Network Card and multimode/LC duplex fiber cabling run is more than 2 times greater than the pricing available from commercial vendors and is considered excessive and has not been justified as cost effective as required by FCC rules.
