MR1: The category of service was changed from Telecommunications to Voice Services in accordance with Program Rules. According to the FCC Order 14-99, Voice services are subject to a phase down of support beginning in funding year 2015. As a result, the Discount Rate of this FRN was reduced from 50% to 30%. <><><><><> MR2: The FRN was modified from $1,297.89 per month to $817.02 per month to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR3: The amount of the funding request was changed from $817.02 per month to $243.61 per month to remove: the ineligible service(s) Data plans for $459.00 per month, Texting for $114.41 per month.
