DR1: The applicant failed to respond to USAC's request for budget information needed to demonstrate that you have secured funding needed to pay the applicant's portion of the discounted charges when you filed your FCC Form 471. <><><><><> DR2: During the Fund Year 2012 Selective Review, the Applicant did not respond to the Administrators request for a technology plan covering Funding Year 2012 (July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013) that was in place at the time they filed their FCC Form(s) 470. The applicant only provided the technology plan approval letter for the plan covering the period from 2/21/2012 to 6/30/2014. Technology plans are required when applicants apply for more than Priority One Telecommunications and Internet Access services and the technology plan must cover the Funding Year during which discounted services are being requested. Since a technology plan covering Funding Year 2012 was not provided, all of your Priority Two funding requests have been denied.
