The student counts associated with the closed entity(ies) have been removed from the application. <><><><><> MR2: The following schools were removed from Block 4 of your FCC Form 471 application #931055 because the school district stated that the schools had closed: BREA HEAD START, BEN 16045497 and HAWAIIAN GARDENS HS, BEN 16045524. Removal of these schools did not result in a change to your shared discount percentage. <><><><><> MR3: The FRN was modified from $2,640.17/month to $2,488.64/month to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR4: The amount of the funding request was changed from $2,640.17/month to $2,488.64/month to remove: the ineligible entities BREA HEAD START, BEN 16045497 and HAWAIIAN GARDENS HS, BEN 16045524 @ $151.53/month.
