DR1: This funding request is denied as a result of a Cost Effectiveness Review, which has determined that your request for a Bogen PBX Expansion has not been justified as being cost effective as required by FCC Rules. The requested services under these FRNs are for Bogen PBX expansions and are considered redundant services which are ineligible. FRN 2007879 under this application is a separate request for a Panasonic KX-TDE200 PBX. The applicant has not provided any unique features or functions on the Bogen PBX expansion that cannot be performed by the Panasonic PBX being purchased. Since the Bogen PBX expansion system does not have any unique features or functions that would justify its deployment, it is redundant and redundant service is ineligible for funding under program rules.
