DR1: Applicant has not provided sufficient documentation needed to determine the eligibility of the following item(s): Eligibility of Head Start students under the age of 3. <><><><><> DR2: The FRN is denied because the entities requesting service within this FRN, HAMILTON STREET CENTER, NORTH PLAINFIELD CENTER and BELMONT STREET CENTER are Head Start entities not eligible to receive funding because the facility provides service to children below the state's minimum recognized age for Head Start. <><><><><> DR3: In response to a request for competitive bidding documentation for FCC Form 471 #960113, you requested to cancel the application. While we acknowledge the cancellation request, FCC Form 471 960113 is being denied since we could not determine a fair and open competitive bidding process was conducted with price of the eligible goods and services as the primary factor in the vendor selection process.
