MR1: The Contract Expiration Date was changed from 6/30/2012 to 01/31/2013 to agree with the documentation provided during the review of the FCC Form 471. <><><><><> MR2: The dollars were reduced $415.80 per month from $430,589.96 per month to $430,174.16 per month due to the Letters of Agency or other documentation authorizing the filing of the Form 471 for Pine Bluff Lighthouse Charter School # 16063623 were not signed before the 471 Certification Postmark Date. <><><><><> MR3: Per Program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. The following closed entities were removed from Block 4 of the Form 471 application: Jacksonville Middle Girls School entity 82487, Little Rock Urban Collegiate Charter School entity 16060544 and Hoxie Middle School entity 16058394. The student counts associated with the closed entities have been removed from the application. <><><><><> MR4: The amount of the funding request was changed from $430,174.16 per month to $429,758.36 per month to remove: $415.80 for school closures.
