MR1: Per Program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. The following closed entities were removed from Block 4 of the FCC Form 471 application; Academy of Environmental Science Secondary HS 10134, Monroe Academy of Business Law 10744, Metropolitan Corporate Acad HS 11855, School for Commnunity Research and Learning 16022833, Global Enterprise HS 16022834, Satellite Three 16026519, and Aspire Preparatory MS 16038481. The student counts associated with the closed entities have been removed from the application. <><><><><> MR2: The amount of the funding request was changed from $76,350 per month to $75,799.07 per month to remove: the ineligible entities. <><><><><> DR1: This funding request is denied as a result of the program violations explained in the Further Explanation of Administrator's Funding Decision letter which is being sent under a separate cover.
