DR1:No contract or legally binding agreement was in place when the FCC Form 471 Certification was filed. FCC Rules require that a contract be signed and dated by the applicant or a legally binding agreement is entered into prior to the filing of the FCC Form 471 Certification for the products and services requested. Since this requirement was not met, the FRN is denied. Specifically, the cited contract covers FY2019 with a contract end date of 9/30/2020, which matches the FY2019 service delivery deadline for Category 2 services. As such, this contract does not cover the FY2020 fund year.||DR2:FRN was denied because the contract for these products and services did not include the scope of work and the associated costs of the equipment. This is a violation of the competitive bidding program procedure.||MR1:The Product Type for FRN Line Items 2099009314.003 and 2099009314.007 were modified from Connectors to Cabling to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR2:The Service/Product Type for FRN Line Item 2099009314.012 was modified from Data Protection-UPS/ Battery Backup to Module-Module to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR3:The funding request amount was reduced from $49,786.08 to $18,771.58 to remove the amount that exceeded the Category Two budget set for the following entity: 99708 – CHAPARRAL JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL.
