MR1:he funding request was reduced from $$59,578.88 to $59,471.36 for Line item 001 and from $12,100 to $12,082.72 for .003 to remove the costs associated with Head Start students and services for the following entities: 85777 Howard Dobbs Elem School. Head Start students are not eligible for funding due to: the facility provides service to children below the state’s minimum recognized age for Head Start 3. 36 students were under age 3 and student count reduced by this amount and funding reduced by 5.76%.
