MR1: The FRN was modified from $1,727.25/mo to $2,058.30/mo to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR2: Based upon review of your Form 471 application, we were not able to validate your requested rural classification for Cottonwood Elementary School, Hillsdale Elementary School, Paola High School, Paola Middle School and Sunflower Elementary School. The county of Miami is urban according to "Table Of Rural Areas By State". USAC only uses "Table Of Rural Areas By State" in the SLD web site at -http://www.universalservice.org/sl/applicants/step05/urban-rural/default.aspx to determine Rural/Urban classification. The requested discount will be modified to reflect an urban classification. The discount for Cottonwood Elementary School will be modified from 70% to 60%. The discount for Hillsdale Elementary School will be modified from 60% to 50%. The discount for Paola High School will be modified from 60% to 50%. The discount for Paola Middle School will be modified from 60% to 50%. The discount for Sunflower Elementary School will be modified from 70% to 60%. Based on the aforementioned site-specific discount changes, the shared discount will be modified from 64% to 54%.
