MR1: The discount for SOUTH LOOP ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, RAVENSWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, CHICAGO VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, BELL ELEMENTARY, KELLOGG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, CLEMENTE ACHIEVE. ACAD., CASSELL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL and AGASSIZ ELEMENTARY SCHOOL was increased based on the requested discount in Form 471 application 607903 and 627169 which was filed by ILLINOIS CENTURY NETWORK and YOUTH GUIDANCE, respectively. <><><><><> MR2: The dollars requested were reduced to remove: {the ineligible Safari Pathways Serial Server Manager}. <><><><><> MR3: The FRN was modified from $29,394 to $26,944.50 per month to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR4: The Contract Award Date was changed from 12/15/2006 to 02/06/2007 to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR5: The applicant's request to revise block 4 of the 471 application could not be processed because the request was not received within the required 15-day timeframe for receiving clerical and ministerial error corrections as stated in the FCC's Bishop Perry Order (FCC 06-54). As a result of the request being made outside of the allowable time, the discount will remain at 88%.
