MR 1: Based upon review of your FCC Form 471 application, we were not able to validate your requested rural classification for ALDEN HEBRON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL,ALDEN - HEBRON MIDDLE SCH,ALDEN HEBRON JR SR HIGH SCHOOL. The urban/rural classification is determined by the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) data from the US Census. The county of MCHENRY is urban according to Table Of Rural Areas By State. USAC only uses Table Of Rural Areas By State in the SLD web site at http://www.universalservice.org/sl/applicants/step04/urban-rural.aspx to determine Rural/Urban classification. The requested discount will be modified to reflect an urban classification. The discount for ALDEN HEBRON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL,ALDEN - HEBRON MIDDLE SCH,ALDEN HEBRON JR SR HIGH SCHOOL. will be modified from 60,70,60% to 50,60,50%. <><><><><> DR1: The FCC Form 471 application was signed and submitted prior to the expiration of the 28-day competitive bidding waiting period from the date of the posting of the FCC Form 470 to USAC's website thus violating Program rules.
