The product or service remaining in the original FRN Line Item # is Access Point for the amount of $11,869.20.||MR2:Based on the applicant’s request, Lincoln Elementary School-63363 has been removed from the Recipients of Service on the FRN’s Product and Service Details and the One-time Eligible Cost of the funding request was not changed; entity’s Category Two Cost-Allocation was re-allocated to the following entity(ies) in the following amounts: 63360-New London High School $42.35, 63361-Parkview Elementary School $42.35, 63362-New London Middle School $42.35, 16077265-Next Generation Academy $42.35, and 16084171-Catalyst Academy $42.35.
