MR1:FRN modified in accordance with a RAL request.||MR2:In consultation with the applicant, the service provider has been changed to Door, County of, SPIN number 143050140.||MR3:The Recipients of Service for all FRN Line Items was modified to add entities 17015091 Collins Learning Center and 17015092 Leis Everson Observatory to agree with the applicant documentation. ||MR4:Per FCC Order 14-189, to prevent warehousing of excess fiber capacity, applicants cannot receive E-rate funding for recurring costs associated with dark fiber until it is lit, and applicants may only receive funding for special construction charges for dark fiber if it is lit within the same funding year. The amount of the funding request was changed from $259,655.00 to $253,289.52 to remove the ineligible excess fiber capacity.||MR5:The Contract Award Date was changed from 05/08/2017 to 05/09/2017 to agree with the documentation provided during the review of the FCC Form 471.
