The vendor evaluation process must be completed before awarding the contract. Specifically, your contract award date was 04/22/2020 and the bid evaluation submitted was an Excel spreadsheet with a creation date of 05/28/2021. Therefore, this FRN is denied.||DR3:The vendor selection documentation provided was created after the FCC Form 471 was certified. The vendor evaluation process must be completed prior to the certification of the FCC Form 471. Specifically, your certification date was 03/23/2021 and the bid evaluation submitted was an Excel spreadsheet with a creation date of 05/28/2021.
