DR1:FCC Rules require applicants to retain all documentation for ten years regarding the competitive bidding process. During application review, you were asked to provide all bids associated with this funding request and you were unable to do so. Therefore, this FRN is denied.||DR2:Documentation provided during the review demonstrates that price of the eligible products and services is not being the highest weighted factor in the bid evaluation process. FCC rules require applicants to carefully consider all bid solutions and choose the most cost effective solution with price of the eligible products and services being the highest weighted factor in the bid evaluation process. Any additional factor such as technical capability can be considered in evaluation as long as it is a separate factor and is not included with the price of the eligible products and services as the primary factor. Because you included the technical capability of the product in your evaluation of the price of each proposal, funding will be denied. ||MR1:The FRN was modified from $9,492.44 to $8,364.98 to remove costs associated with the ineligible product and associated shipping charges for UPS Network Management Card 3 with PowerChute Network Shutdown AP9640.
