According to the FCC's 2008 Eligible Services List, all funding requests for Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections are for services to be delivered within the July 1 to June 30 funding year. As a result, your non-recurring charges have been changed to recurring charges. This change has not affected the amount of your funding request.
