MR1: The category of service was changed from Telecomm Services to Voice Services in accordance with Program Rules. According to the FCC Order 14-99, Voice services are subject to a phase down of support beginning in funding year 2015. As a result, the Discount Rate of this FRN was reduced from 50% to 30%. <><><><><> MR2: The Service Type, Connection Type for FRN Line Item 1 was modified from Digital Transmission Service to Voice/Long Distance Phone Service to agree with the applicant documentation.
