MR1: Per Program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. The following closed entities were removed from Block 4 of the FCC Form 471 application: Gerish Middle School and North Pointe Elementary School. The student counts associated with the closed entity(ies) have been removed from the application. <><><><><> MR2: The amount of the funding request was changed from $9,897.62/month to $8,678.19/month to remove the ineligible entity: Gerish Middle School ($1,219.45/month). <><><><><> MR3: The amount of the funding request was changed from $8,678.19/month to $7,918.35/month to remove the ineligible entity: Chormann Elementary School ($759.82/month). MR4: The amount of the funding request was changed from $7,918.35/month to $7,775.96/month to remove the ineligible entity: North Pointe Elementary School ($142.39/month). <><><><><> MR5: The shared discount percentage was increased as a result of removing ineligible entities from Block 4 of your FCC Form 471 application.
