FCDL Comment:
MR1: The discount for entity ROBINWOOD LANE ELEM SCHOOL (#48782) was decreased from 80% to 60%. The applicant failed to supply documentation to support the requested discount. As a result of this action, the shared discount was decreased from 60% to 58%. <><><><><> MR2: In Block 5 of your FCC Form 471, it was indicated the products and services are being provided on a month-to-month arrangement. On 3/25/2014, you provided a contract dated 3/24/2014. Based on this information, USAC has modified the FRN to indicate that these are contractual products and services rather than month-to-month services. <><><><><> DR1: No contract was in place when the FCC Form 471 Certification was filed. FCC Rules require that a contract be signed and dated by the applicant prior to the filing of the FCC Form 471 Certification for the products and services requested.
