MR1: Per Program rules, closed entities are not eligible for funding. The following closed entities were removed from Block 4 of the Form 471 application; Giddings #47702, Union #47721, Woodland Hills #47724, South #47726, Early Childhood Development Center #47753, Captain Arthur Roth #47782, Emile B. Desauze #48024 Empire Computech #47788, Brooklawn #47834, and Kenneth W. Clement-Boys School #47844. The student counts associated with the closed entity(ies) have been removed from the application. <><><><><> MR2: The amount of the funding request was changed from $187,083.33 per month to $185,351.08 per month to remove: $1732.25/mon ($20,787.04) for the ineligible entities. <><><><><> MR3: The applicant's request to remove entities from Block 4 could not be processed because the change is not a correctable error under the FCC's Ministerial and Clerical guidelines. <><><><><> DR1: Given Program demand, the funding cap will not provide for Internal Connections and/or Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections at your approved discount level to be funded.
