MR1: The FRN was modified from a monthly charge of $997.50 to a monthly charge of $1,058.53 to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR2: The amount of the funding request was changed from a monthly charge of $1,058.53 to a monthly charge of $852.68 to remove: the ineligible service(s) Asurion for $173.85, Ringback Tones for $0.99, Media Center/App Download for $3.99, 411 Charges for $11.94 and Administrative Charges for $15.08. <><><><><> MR3: The funding request amount was reduced from a monthly charge of $852.68 to a monthly charge of $512.68 to remove the costs associated with the ineligible data plans service. Per the FCC Order 14-99, individual data plans or air cards are ineligible unless applicants can demonstrate either that installing a wireless local area network is not physically possible or that individual data plans are the most cost-effective option.
