MR1:The FRN Narrative was modified from :Pike County School District has contracted with Information Transport Solutions, Inc (ITS)to lease a high speed wide area network connecting the BOE, SOTC, and schools. Theservice is a bundled package that includes Internet Access, WAN, and Firewall Services.The school district is contracting with ITS to provide a lease service. Included in that serviceis the lease of a high speed WAN interconnecting all school locations. The WAN is a voice,data, and video network that provides connections from one or more networks that areexternal to the eligible school. All internet access is provided through a central location, theSchool Operations and Tech Center (SOTC). Modified to: Please update the NARRATIVE for FRN 1999053819 as follows to make it clear that this service supports voice service. This service does not supply voice service. We have a separate contract(s) that provide POTS and VoIP services. Pike County Schools no longer files for voice services with the erate program.
