MR1: The FRN was modified from $13,277.53/m to $14,001.18/m to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR2: The amount of the funding request was changed from $14,001.18/m to $12,846.12/m to remove the ineligible entities: Seldon Annex at $111.78/m, Lincoln Elementary at $298.08/m, Terry Heights Elementary at $279.45/m, West Huntsville Elementary at $186.30/m, and Stone Middle at $279.45/m. <><><><><> MR3: The dollars requested were reduced from $12,846.12/m to $11,716.69/m to remove costs associated with Pre-K students and services at $1,129.43/m for the following entities Hampton Cove Elementary, Monte Sano Elementary, Jones Valley Elementary, Roger B. Chaffee Elementary, Weatherly Heights Elementary, Mountain Gap Elementary, Farley Elementary, Louis J. Morris Elementary, McDonnell Elementary, Rolling Hills Elementary,Lakewood Elementary, West Mastin Lake Elem, Highlands Elementary, Montview Elementary, Martin Luther King Junior Elem, Chapman Elementary, Academy for Academics & Arts, University Place Elem, James E. Williams School, Providence School. Consistent with Federal Communications Commission guidance, state law definitions that apply only for the purposes of receiving E-rate rate discounts are not acceptable. Therefore, Pre-K remains ineligible in the state of Alabama.
