MR1: The category of service was changed from Telecomm Services to Voice Services in accordance with Program Rules. According to the FCC Order 14-99, Voice services are subject to a phase down of support beginning in funding year 2015. As a result, the Discount Rate of this FRN was reduced from 90% to 70%. <><><><><> MR2: The FRN was modified from $2,400.00 to $1,200.00 to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR3: The amount of the funding request was changed from $1,200.00 to $827.19 to remove: DATA SERVICE the ineligible service $372.81.
