MR1: Based on the applicant's request, the One-time Eligible Cost of the FRN's Item 21 was changed from $103,616.00 to $83,300.20. <><><><><> MR2: Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections FRN was modified from non-recurring charges to recurring charges as required by FCC Rules. <><><><><> MR3: This FRN is for both Internal Connections and Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections and was split in order to conduct an independent review of these respective services. The new FRN for internal connections is 2724384 and the service provider is Advance 2000 Inc. The product remaining in the original FRN are for maintenance of firewalls. <><><><><> MR4: The FRN was modified from $83,300.20 to $6,425.04 to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR5: The amount of the funding request was changed from $6,425.04 to $1,874.04 to remove: ineligible service(s) 2 out of 3 years for NBD SUPPORT FOR 7210 Access Point (3 Years) and 12.5% ineligible of the remaining year.
