MR1:The Type of Internal Connection and Type of Product for FRN Line Item 006 was modified from Data Distribution/Switch to Data Protection/UPS/ Battery Backup to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR2:The Type of Internal Connection and Type of Product for FRN Line Items 009, 010, 011, 016, 020 and 024 was modified from Data Distribution/Switch to Cabling/Connectors/Cabling to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR3:The Contract was changed from 224997 Integra One 2018 to 247860 Removal of Restrictive Terms to agree with the documentation provided during the review of the FCC Form 471.||MR4:This FRN incorrectly indicated that there was a state law or statute, local rule, court order, or contract executed before the effective date of the E-rate Modernization Order (FCC 14-99) barring publication of the pricing and other information provided in the FRN Product and Service Details. In consultation with the applicant, the pricing information for products and services requested in this funding request will not be considered confidential and USAC may publish or otherwise disclose this information. ||MR5:The amount of the funding request was changed from $211,134.42 to $210,113.82 to remove $1,020.60 for ineligible 18% portion of Cisco ONE Foundation Perpetual Cat4500 Bundles STd (C1FBPCAT4500S).||MR6:Based on the applicant’s request, the One-time Eligible Cost of the FRN’s Product and Service Detail was changed from $210,113.82 to $206,087.60.
