FCDL Comment:
MR1: The applicant's request to change Contract Award Date from 02/08/2013 to 03/07/2014 could not be processed because the change is not a correctable error under the FCC's Ministerial and Clerical guidelines. According to FCC Order (FCC 11-60), ministerial and clerical errors are defined as follows: "The applicant can amend its forms to correct clerical and ministerial errors on their FCC Forms 470, FCC Form 471 applications, or associated documentation until an FCDL is issued. Such errors include only the kinds of errors that a typist might make when entering data from one list to another, such as mistyping a number, using the wrong name or phone number, failing to enter an item from the source list onto the application, or making an arithmetic error." The applicant provided a contract that did not support the requested Contract Award Date change. <><><><><> MR2: The Contract Award Date was changed from 02/08/2013 to 04/10/2014 to agree with the documentation provided during the review of the FCC Form 471. <><><><><> DR1: FCC Rules require that a contract be signed and dated by the applicant prior to the filing of the FCC Form 471 for the products and services requested. This requirement was not met.
