MR1: The category of service was changed from Telecommunications to Voice Services in accordance with Program Rules. According to the FCC Order 14-99, Voice services are subject to a phase down of support beginning in funding year 2015. As a result, the Discount Rate of this FRN was reduced from 60% to 40%. <><><><><> MR2: The FRN was modified from $4,700.00 per month to $1,232.91 per month to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> MR3: The amount of the funding request was changed from $1,232.91 per month to $495.01 per month to remove: the ineligible service(s) data plans for $737.08, text messaging for $0.82 per month.
