MR1: Based upon review of your FCC Form 471 application, we were not able to validate your requested rural classification for DELSEA MIDDLE SCHOOL and DELSEA REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL. The urban/rural classification is determined by the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) data from the US Census. The county of Gloucester is urban according to "Table of Rural Areas by State". USAC only uses "Table of Rural Areas by State" in the SLD web site at http://www.universalservice.org/sl/applicants/step04/urban-rural.aspx to determine Rural/Urban classification. The requested discount will be modified to reflect an urban classification. <><><><><> MR2: In consultation with the applicant, the service provider has been changed to Comcast Business Com, SPIN number 143003990. <><><><><> MR3: The Contract Award Date was changed from no contract to 02/17/2010 to agree with the documentation provided during the review of the FCC Form 471.
