FCDL Comment:
MR1: The FRN was modified from $90/month to $73.15/month to agree with the applicant documentation. <><><><><> DR1: This service provider has been debarred by the FCC and therefore is ineligible to participate in the program. You cannot change SPINs to resolve this matter. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has debarred NextiraOne, LLC from all activities associated with the Schools and Libraries program for a period of one year as a result of NextiraOne?s conviction for wire fraud for activities in connection with the Schools and Libraries program. A link to the FCC?s Notice of Debarment and Order Denying Waiver Petition is available from USAC website Suspensions and Debarments page at: http://www.usac.org/sl/about/suspensions-debarments.aspx. The FCC?s debarment rules provide that ?any persons suspended or debarred shall be excluded from activities associated with or related to the schools and libraries support mechanism.? The rules define these activities as including ?the receipt of funds or discounted services through the schools and libraries support mechanism.? Because NextiraOne has been debarred from the Schools and Libraries program, USAC has denied all pending FRNs associated with NextiraOne. Should you continue to seek the services for which you sought Schools and Libraries program funding, you will need to make arrangements to do so without discounts from the Schools and Libraries program.
