The county of Passaic is urban according to Table Of Rural Areas By State. USAC only uses Table Of Rural Areas By State in the SLD web site at -http://www.universalservice.org/sl/applicants/step05/urban-rural/default.aspx to determine Rural/Urban classification. The requested discount will be modified to reflect an urban classification. The discount for Lakeside Middle, Lincoln Elementary, and Lenox Elementary will be modified from 60% to 50%. The discount for Pompton Lakes High will be modified from 50% to 40%. As a result of this action, the shared discount was decreased from 56% to 46%.
