FRN 2768359 incorrectly indicated that there was a state law or statute, local rule, court order, or contract executed before the effective date of the E-rate Modernization Order (FCC 14-99) barring publication of the pricing and other information provided in the Item 21. In consultation with the applicant, the pricing information for products and services requested in this funding request will not be considered confidential and USAC may publish or otherwise disclose this information.
