MR1:Data Transmission and/or Internet Access Services requested in FRN are connected to eligible schools, libraries, and/or NIFs. As a result, the Connection Information questions were modified from "No" to "Yes" on this FRN since services connected to eligible schools, libraries, and/or NIFs are eligible for support.||MR2:The dollars requested were reduced from $1,060.63 to $1,025.81 to remove costs associated with Pre-K students and services for the following entities WINTHROP ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. The application was modified to remove Pre-K students from those entities. Consistent with Federal Communications Commission guidance, state law definitions that apply only for the purposes of receiving E-Rate rate discounts are not acceptable. Therefore, Pre-K remains ineligible in the state of MA.||MR3:The Function for FRN Line Item 2099076172.002 was modified from Copper to Fiber to agree with the applicant documentation.||MR4:The Type of Connection for FRN Line Item 2099076172.002 was modified from Cable Modem to OC-N (TDM Fiber) to agree with the applicant documentation.
