Based on this information, USAC has modified the FRN to indicate that these are contractual products and services rather than month-to-month services. This FRN has been changed to reference Contract Award Date of 05/07/2015 and Contract Expiration Date of 05/07/2015.<><><><><> DR1: No contract or legally binding agreement was in place when the FCC Form 471 Certification was filed. FCC Rules require that a contract be signed and dated by the applicant or there be a legally binding agreement in place prior to the filing of the FCC Form 471 Certification for the products and services requested.
